Old Hidden Vale is a 10,000 acre working cattle property that features the Peppers Hidden Vale Retreat. The property hosts the annual Flight Centre Cycle Epic, Australia's longest running mountain bike marathon.
In 2007, the property was gazetted as a Nature Refuge and the habitat hosts a wide range of native fauna can been seen on the property including the brush-tailed phascogales, koalas, white-striped freetail bats, lace monitors, several skink, wallaby and bird species. All of this is less than 70 minutes from the CBD of Brisbane.
The property also offers a rustic cabin accommodation experience suitable for families and mountain bike groups.
A number of events are held on the property throughout the year. The following table of events is subject to change.
